The Culprit of Chronic Diseases.
Our
large intestine tract is curve and because of this, if our eating habit is
improper, most probably not all the undigested food residue can be eliminated
from our body, instead, it accumulates in our intestine.
If
undigested food residue is trapped too long in our digestive tract, harmful
bacteria will start to decay the food and release some toxins like methane,
ammonia and histamine in our body.
Toxins
may be absorbed through the capillaries near to the intestine into our body.
This will affect the functions of liver and interrupts the process of
metabolism. This coprostasis is the main culprit of so many chronic diseases.
According
to intestine study report in Japan, the average content of coprostasis in a
healthy body without constipation weighs about 2.7 – 4.5kg.
The
conclusion of the study is that, even those who do not encounter constipation
problem are also threatened by coprostasis. So for those who regularly face
constipation, they are in greater risk to accumulate coprostasis in their
bodies.
The following diseases
are most likely linked to coprostasis:
·
Hypertension
·
Colon Cancer
·
Heart Diseases
·
Liver diseases
·
Diabetes
·
Kidney diseases
Coprostasis also cause some problems like pimples, skin problem and
menstrual cramps. It is very important for us to flush out the waste in our
body and keep our colon and intestine clean.
