GARLIC




                     
Garlic is an herb. It is also known as a flavoring for food. But over the years, garlic has been used as a medicine to prevent or treat a wide range of diseases. 

Garlic belongs to the onion genus Allium, and is closely related to the onion, rakkyo, chive, leek, and shallot. It has been used by humans for thousands of years and was used in Ancient Egypt for both culinary purposes and its therapeutic benefits.

Researchers have made known that oil containing in garlic restrain and kill many kinds of fungus, virus, coccus, bacilli and virgina tri-chromoniasis. The oil can also prevent the increase of cholesterol level in the body.

Garlic is used for many conditions related to the heart and blood system. These conditions include high blood pressure, high cholesterol, coronary heart disease and heart attack. Some of these uses are supported by science. Garlic actually may be effective in slowing the development of atherosclerosis and seems to be able to moderately reduce blood pressure.

IRON



                
It is also called the energy giver. It attracts oxygen and builds blood. Iron is very essential for recovery from illness. It is stored in the bone marrow, liver and blood.

Iron can also be found in little amount in every organs. It is one of the most common deficiencies in both men and women. Although, women require more of iron than men, reason is because of their menstrual cycle. Without sufficient iron, it will be difficult for our body to produce new hemoglobin. Iron helps the body rid itself of carbon dioxide and keep liver tissue soft. It also mixes with other nutrient to produce vital blood proteins which is involved in digestion, metabolism and circulation. It also helps in maintaining sufficient high blood pressure.

Research, however, suggests that symptoms related to iron deficiency specifically fatigue, muscle weakness, and excessive menstrual blood flow can occur at iron storage levels seen in women with normal blood counts.

The risk of iron deficiency in women is substantial. In fact, according to the World Health Organization, iron deficiency is the most common nutrient-related condition in the world.

ALOE VERA



                
Aloe Vera is a kind of perennial Liliaceous fleshly herbal plant that grows in the tropical and sub tropical areas. 

Aloe Vera contains numerous active materials providing functions such as medical treatment, facial beautification, health care and consumption.

Pharmacologist point out that aloe Vera is a pronoun of bitter peptic. The reason is that aloe Vera contains aloin and aloe pyridine which can stimulate the appetite and minimize the diarrhea of the large intestine.
