Propolis is a resinous mixture that bees collect from tree buds, sap flows, or other botanical sources. It is used for small gaps (approximately 6 millimeters (0.24 in) or less), while larger spaces are usually filled with the wax of bees. Its color varies depending on its botanical source. Propolis is sticky at the following room temperature, 20 °C (68 °F). At lower temperatures, it becomes hard and very brittle.

Honey as we all know is highly nutritious to the body. Not only that, it is also medicinal.

So far, the confirmed substance in propolis as review by the researchers, clearly shows that  propolis have more than 30 kinds of flavonoid compounds, 30 kind of fatty acids, over 20 kinds of amino acid and 12 kinds of invariable element.

Because it contain amino acid, it can destroy inflammation easily and relief pains, it can also prevent influenza and strength the body to resist both bacteria and viruses.
In the modern day, the necessary input of flavones is decreasing as the dietary structure becomes increasingly fine but propolis series that is rich in flavones are bound to be one of the first choices in human health care.
